Retrieve Signed RightSignature Documents
Once the RightSignature document has been signed by all recipients, you can create a new flow to Trigger on RightSignature Document Signed to capture the document back on the Podio item.
Note: If you had checked "Both Sign" on the Sending action, all parties will need to sign in order to trigger this flow.
Then add the action Create Item, Update Item or Add Comment within this flow to attach the signed document.
Note: If you use the Add Comment action, the document will attach in the comment. If you use a Create Item or Update Item action, the document will be attached to the Files section. If you add both a Create or Update Item with a Add Comment action, it will attach the document to both the Files section and the comment.
Remember: If you need to move the file, it needs to be attached in the Files section
